Our Projects

Since its foundation in 1997, Oakham In Bloom has taken on responsibility for more and more of the public spaces in the town.

Together with Oakham Town Council, Oakham Town Partnership, Rutland County Council and many other organisations, schools and businesses, Oakham In Bloom has taken on numerous projects, large and small, from the pretty rose beds on Burley Road to the fantastic roundabout displays.

As well as our own projects, we are keen to support other organisations in floral and environmental projects, such as Southfield School’s vegetable gardens and The Woodland Trust’s Gorse Field Wood, Harris Grove & Ball’s Meadow.
